Introduction

Swift Worldwide Logistics (Pty) Ltd is looking for an Operations Clerk to join our Upington Branch.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Capture all entries on the system
• Ensure that all entries are checked for correctness and accuracy before submission to Customs
• Capture all entries on the daily/monthly registers for each client
• Attend to all customs related matters ( Refunds,Examinations, General queries)
• Attend to all customer enquiries and resolve within 4 hours
• Ensure that documents captured for each client is filed methodically and on a daily basis
• Support other offices as and when requested.
• Ensure that you make contact with your Manager every working day atleast twice a day. In the morning upon arrival and in the afternnon before departing the office.
• Advise your Manager, twice a day via work e-mail of the tasks that are pending and those that have been completed
• Attend to all general operational duties allocated by your Manager.
