Job Responsibilities

Development direction 1: Recruitment

1. Develop and implement recruitment plans based on the company's development needs and complete recruitment tasks.

2. Fully understand the characteristics of each recruitment channel, fully leverage channel advantages, and improve recruitment efficiency.

3. Assist in analyzing and adjusting talent profiles, and drawing and updating talent maps.

4. Summarize the problems in recruitment work, propose optimization and improvement plans, and complete recruitment data analysis.

Development direction 2: Generalist

1. Responsible for staff management, implementing and improving the relevant systems and processes such as employee entry, staff regularization, change, and resignation.

2. Responsible for the signing and management of employee labor contracts.
