o Answer & direct incoming calls to the appropriate person. o Collecting mailbox, opening, stamping, distribution and dispatching daily letters o Administration of visitor's badges and visitor list o Ensure all visitors follow safety protocol.

o Update front desk support team on any changes to operations at the front desk and create procedures. o DHL shipments (regular documents and samples).
