As a Pilot Plant Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production of aroma molecules for the beverage industry. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment used in yeast fermentation, oil purification through centrifugation and filtration, and vacuum distillation processes. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of these processes and a commitment to ensuring product quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities
• Production of aromas by operating the equipment (e.g. fermentation, centrifugation, vacuum evaporation)
• Supervision, cleaning and maintenance of equipment
• Documentation of processes

Qualifications:
• Completed training as a specialist/technician in food technology, dairy or brewing technology, pharmaceutical technician, or similar recognised training in the food sector.
