An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Operator based at Craigswalls Grain Store. This position would be based on working a typical 10 hour shift, Monday to Friday out-with harvest, and a typical 12 hour day-shift or night-shift during harvest, to include Saturdays and some Sundays.

The harvest generally lasts about 8 weeks. There may also be some additional hours required out-with the harvest period to meet business need.

The position would be ideally suited to someone living locally.

• Promote best practice in health, safety, environment, food safety, hygiene, housekeeping and product quality.
