Wollaston Motorrad is looking for an Aftersales Advisor.

Your role

Based at our Bedford Road, Northampton showroom and reporting to the Aftersales Manager, this person will be working as part of a 15-strong team, responsible for providing the Maintenance, Repair plus Parts and Accessory support of a busy Aftersales operation which looks after 20+ retail customers per day. The work will involve supporting customers visiting the showroom, enquiring by telephone & online, and require a keen interest in building knowledge of the BMW Motorcycle range of bikes, accessories, and service arrangements.

The successful applicant does not need prior direct experience in a motorcycle or car retail environment, but this would be advantageous. You must have a good eye for detail, a keenness to learn, and a willing and helpful attitude.
