Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Assistant at Sloomy Ltd located in Bradford. As an E-commerce Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform. This includes managing product listings, updating inventory, processing orders, and assisting with customer inquiries. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the user experience and drive sales growth.

Qualifications
• Prior experience in e-commerce or related field
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO is a plus
