We are currently seeking a Consultant Business Analyst for our client, a prominent company in the infrastructure sector in Brussels. This role will involve working closely with the Telecom Competence Centres as part of a digitalization and improvement initiative.

Job Description:
• Analyze business processes related to Telecom assets management.
• Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with various teams to implement changes and new tools.
• Prepare detailed reports and present findings to steering committees.
• Assist in training staff on new operational procedures or tools.
• Coach and train Junior Business Analysts within the team.
