Key Responsibilities

· Supervise and lead the housekeeping staff, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

· Ensure that all areas within the premises are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards, meeting or exceeding regulatory requirements and expectations.

· Monitor and manage housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient use of resources.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

· Minimum experience of 5+ years in housekeeping management or a similar role, with demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.
