Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role as a VTU Agent at Kyles datahub. As a VTU Agent, your main responsibility will be to facilitate and manage VTU (Virtual Top-Up) transactions for customers. This includes processing mobile airtime and data purchases, bill payments, and other related transactions. The role is based in Asaba, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle and process financial transactions securely
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in using digital payment platforms and mobile applications
• Basic knowledge of mobile networks and VTU operations
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience in a similar role or in the telecommunications industry is a plus
