Junior Customer Service Executive (Contact Center)
Full-Time position

Working Location : Ampang Jaya - Common Ground, Jalan Kolam Air Lama, Ampang Jaya, Selangor (Near Ampang Puteri Hospital / Ampang Point Shopping Mall)

Basic Salary: RM 2,000- RM2,400 (Monthly)

Fix Attendance Allowance: RM200 (Monthly)

Transport allowance for night shift only -up to RM200 (Monthly)

Working Days: Monday - Sunday (5 working days & 2 rotational off days )
Working Hours: (8.00am - 5.00pm, 9.00 am - 6.00pm, 10.00 am - 7.00pm, 11.00am - 8.00pm, 2.00 pm - 11.00 pm)
- To attend inbound calls - inquiries, problems and complaints from customers with the objective of resolving issues, providing first excellent contact resolution.
