Job Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming sales inquiries from customers, dealers, and the Sales Team.
- Assist Sales Team and customer’s inquiries on product availability, prices, and delivery times.
- Prepare quotation, proposal, and contract sales (if required) to sales/dealers/customers.
- Support and assist with customer complaints on quotes and order delivery.
- Additional duties and/or any task as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
Self-management and emotional intelligence - able to handle stress and multitask to meet customers’ expectations.
Requires good analytical skills and communication skills.
Exercise teamwork spirit and work closely with other colleagues at all times.
Applicants must be willing to work in Alor Gajah Melaka or Taman Perling JB.
