Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Dental Assistant at Smileon dental studio located in Pretoria. As a Dental Assistant, your responsibilities will include assisting in dental procedures, preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, taking patient X-rays, and providing support to dentists and hygienists. You will also ensure patient comfort, maintain accurate patient records, and follow all infection control protocols.

Qualifications

Grade 12
• Completion of a Dental Assistant training program or relevant certification
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
• Experience with dental software and digital X-ray systems is a plus
