Our client is a leading UK provider of remanufactured power steering, hydraulic, and mechanical components, specialising in serving various industries including military vehicle systems.

Responsibilities:
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair hydraulic and mechanical components/systems, including military equipment such as hydraulic kits from Warrior vehicles and CRARRV & Warrior winches.
• Perform mechanical disassembly of worn parts, conduct inspections, and rework to rectify faults.
• Assemble hydraulic and mechanical components.
• Conduct hydraulic, mechanical, and electronic testing of rebuilt components.
• Assist in medium volume production work, including assembly and testing of new hydraulic cylinders.
• Collaborate with the Engineering Department to develop and implement repair/remanufacturing processes for new and existing products.
• Continuously improve processes and working practices.
