GPS Recruitment have an opportunity for a Transport Administrator, working alongside the current Transport team.

This appointment will be an opportunity for an individual with administration skills to progress within the transport industry.

Working
Hours: Mon-Fri,7am-3.30pm (2.30pm finish on Fridays)

Main duties:
• Collate drivers’ hours both electronically (Tachomaster) and manually to control drivers’ hours and maintain compliance with WTD
• Managing and monitoring POD’s and scanner issuers gathering in signed paperwork, liaising where required with the IT department. Contact with fleet of drivers with issues downloading, scanning their loads, resolving issues.
• Filing / checking in all vehicle defects.
• Inputting monthly fuel figures and MPG, ordering and controlling all fuel cards.
• Updating bespoke FORS software with all PCN’s and fuel usage.
• Dealing with all PCN’s and recharge to drivers as required or appealing them where parking has been paid.
