As a Solar Operations and Maintenance Engineer at KarmSolar, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our solar power plants. Responsibilities
• Leading O&M supervisor and operators to guarantee maximum plants’ availability and efficiency for power generation, power distribution and water desalination
• Manpower rotation and leaves scheduling
• Skill matrix development, coaching and training for staff.
• Daily monitoring of check points and execution of O&M routine tasks
• Ensure proper execution of O&M activities and its compliance with manufacturers’ requirements and warranties.
• Prepare monthly reports, semi-annual and annual performance report for all plants.
