JOB PURPOSE

As a Business Development Team lead, you will be responsible to coach the sales team on how to seek new business opportunities , developing leads and meeting sales quotas.

You will be responsible to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Growth of people:
• Hire and onboard new team members
• Design & Conduct training & coaching programs for BD team to maximise their potential.
• Provide on-the-ground support
• Regularly updating reporting dashboard to track all sales activities

Growth of Business:
• Becoming the expert on the Egyptian Real Estate market through combining the on-ground insights with dubizzle high level overview and data
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Collecting market insights and keeping up to date with laws and local development news.
