Dilawri Group is now actively searching for a Service Receptionist to join the team at BMW Aurora. This is a full time role, inclusive of morning and afternoon shifts. Hours to be discussed during the interview.

Responsibilities:

Telephone communications and reception

Welcome customers visiting the Dealership showroom and inquire as to the purpose of their visit

Vehicle licensing and administration

Participate in dealer trade; prepare information for pick-up and collect receipts/payments

Participate in administrative tasks

Qualifications:

Demonstrated excellent telephone demeanor and ability to accurately record messages and information

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Demonstrated pleasant, friendly manner

Organizational ability and attention to detail

Ability to take ownership of problems with a positive attitude and bring them to completion
