1.Coordinate with shipping agent for clearing import shipment, check draft Import Entry and all document.2.Booking trailer and crane for import job.3.Prepare envelopes and keep record for send letter weekly. After sent all letter keep record of postal fee for each address.4.Find out new supplier, keep record, compare pricing.5.Issue PO in Express system for all branch except cross rental case.6.Issue PR / PO incase order products and spare part from supplier in another country7.When spare part coming, coordinate with technician and service support for storing.8.When the products were delivery received bill and sent to Accounting department9.Sent billing from supplier to accounting department 10.Inform value of machine to Khun Ice when need to do insurance for machine11.Keep record for uniform of technician and operator.12.Proceed document about machine that import with Custom and Department of Land Transport such as Form32, Transfer owner ship etc.13.
