Air New Zealand at Queenstown Airport have a Permanent Customer Service Agent opportunity available.

What will you be doing?

As the first point of contact in the Airport, we expect you to delight our customers by demonstrating the Kiwi charm and capability that were admired for around the world. You will provide technical assistance and expertise to ensure the travel experience is smooth and seamless from check-in through to boarding, and provide special assistance with wheelchairs and unaccompanied minors.

This is a front-line role where your charisma and empathy continues despite sometimes challenging circumstances such as delays or disrupts.
