Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Reservations Agent at Bellerive Hoi An Hotel and Spa, located in Hoi An. As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for handling phone etiquette, managing reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and effectively communicating with guests.
