Your Responsibilities:
• Create, manage and continuously update property listings on various online platforms utilizing state-of-the-art software and AI
• Develop dynamic pricing strategies utilizing AI, analyzing revenue trends and adjusting pricing to maximize short-term rental revenue and profit
• Conduct market research for trend alignment
• Manage reservations
• Engage in digital marketing and promotional activities

Your Qualifications:
• Education and experience in a hotel
• Bilingual in Spanish and English, additional languages are a plus
• Proficient in PMS, channel managers, dynamic pricing software and data analysis tools
