Client based in JHB North seeks the services of Strategic Operations Coordinator focusing on experiences, including deep dive analysis to identify, develop, and launch solutions to optimize the experience based on identified pain points and opportunities. This role will also assist with developing the processes and tools to bring more efficiency to the overall team's work.

Experience & Enablement
• Own the consumer and driver experiences across the venues and events portfolio in

Sub-Saharan Africa.
• Work with external partners on crafting a 5-star pick-up and drop-off experience
• Identify and seek solutions to pain points that may degrade consumer and driver experience and trust (i.e. fraud, support interactions, marketplace dynamics, etc.)
• Support with user research and data analysis to help the team develop insights on riders and driver experiences across venues.
