Project Manager - County Monaghan

You will be working for a well established specialist Contractor based in the County Monaghan but with operations across Ireland. They have a large workforce locally and further afield and have seen the order book fill in recent months.

In your new post you will be responsible for leading a number of projects at any one time. You will liaise with Clients, Site Manager's, Manufacturing and Logistics to ensure the successful delivery of projects and develop & implement a schedule of works from start to completion. There would be a requirement to travel with this role but not regularly/

You will have at least 2-3 years working as a Project Manager within the construction sector and have a good track record of being delivery on all the required KPIs on time, every time. You will be an effective communicator, really well organised and have strong management and negotiation skills.
