At Quooker Portugal, a newly created subsidiary of the Quooker group, we’re looking for a professional for Sales, Service & Marketing support. This is an all-around and evolving position touching the most important strategic pillars of the business.

This person will be responsible for:

Sales & Service related responsibilities

- Privileged point of contact with professional clients (B2B) and end consumers (B2C).

- Support all activities related to customer support and technical service.

- Effectively manage and follow-up order processing: from order placement to invoicing and delivery.

- Managing Quooker’s internal CRM and management software (Customer creation, orders, Invoicing incidents, credit notes, Stock management…)

- Effectively manage customers complaints or observations (e-mail, telephone)

- Performing operational administrative functions autonomously.

- Timely feedback on requests for technical and commercial information received by e-mail info@quooker.pt
