THE OPPORTUNITY

This role leads a team of Library Assistants in delivering branch library services and customer experiences. With a focus on day to day processes and procedures, the Dubbo Library Team Leader works collaboratively with the broader library team and stakeholders in developing and providing quality services and programs that meet community needs, while supporting the branch library’s continuous improvement plans, strategies and programs.
