Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate training programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Provide support in employee development and career progression.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment, documentation management, and training coordination.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
