The Senior Costing Manager is assigned to a specific business unit and reports to the finance lead for the business unit. They also have a dotted line reporting structure to the central Finance Director, Costing. They supervise the development of new business cases, support costing for awarded business in development and production costing for thier entire business unit. There is a cental pool of Costing Managers they utilize and oversee when working on issues for thier BU

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Finance, Engineering, or Business required

5-7 years experience in automotive.

Experience in Finance and Manufacturing or Engineering

Extensive Experience and understanding of excel

Ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical audience.

Ability to sort and manipulate large amounts of data.

High aptitude for problem solving.

Proven interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Passion/Desire to drive the business.
