Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Surabaya for a Tour Staff. As a Tour Staff, you will be responsible for designin itineraries, constructing tour routes, assisting, and guiding guests during their trips, ensuring their satisfaction, and handling any concerns or complaints. You will coordinate with multiple parties, including transportation companies, hotels, and restaurants to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for our guests.
