Position: - Hinckley BID ManagerRemuneration: - On a self-employed basis. £36000 up to £42500 per annum based on knowledge and experience. Hours: - 37.5 hours a week (flexible) Term: - Fixed term to the end of April 2029. Renewable from May 2029 to end April 2034 subject to a successful ballot to extend the BID for a fifth 5-year term

About the roleIn this high-profile role, we’re looking for someone who can work alongside local businesses, authorities, and key stakeholders to actively promote Hinckley town centre as a popular and thriving destination. As the new manager, you will be the public face of Hinckley’s Business Improvement District (BID), which is formed and funded by local businesses to increase footfall. A key part of this role will see you working to drive more visitors to the town, which will include overseeing many of the town’s popular events.
