Duties
• Perform a wide variety of essential management and administrative support functions in support of the mission of the US Army Corps of Engineers, Europe District, Engineering and Construction Division.
• Prepare Travel Orders; examine travel vouchers for accuracy and maintain a master file of original documents and receipts for travel vouchers approved by the Chief.
• Prepare a variety of computerized and written reports, after receiving initial reporting requirements and guidelines. Update and maintain computer databases. Maintain spread sheets that contain various program/project information and statistical data
