Job Description:
• We are seeking a candidate with extensive experience (15-20 years) in R&D focused on Solvent-Based Decorative/Industrial Paints, with a solid understanding of allied Resins and Intermediates. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
• Overseeing all research and development activities within the company.
• Leading and supervising the formulation of new products and redesigning existing ones as needed.
• Auditing and optimizing product formulations as necessary.
