Summary:
We are actively looking for an Administrative Assistant responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to the HR and Customer Service Department as required.
What You'll Do:
• Support the Customer Service team with data entry, filing, and documentation on a daily basis
• Coordinate and communicate with candidates, set up interview schedules
• Maintaining an effective training database
• Assist in the coordination of social activities. Arrange catering for special events, etc
• Coordinate Employee Awards Program
• Support to maintain the employee database and keep the phone system updated.
