• Follow up on production problems related to molds and plan solutions repair damaged molds.• Contact and coordinate with the maker regarding ordering mold parts.• Prepare test plan for new molds and new inserts.• Create and control preventive maintenance plans for all molds.• Transfer knowledge and experience the concept of systematically repairing molds for subordinates in order to create a strong and interchangeable team.• Maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 standards, including work safety.
