Duties / Responsibilities:
• Supervision the headcount in the designated area of Operations to ensure the effective attainment of the production schedule.
• Collaborate with planning, engineering and other departments to solve manufacturing issues.
• Accountable for managing headcount including attendance, overtime, holiday and absence monitoring.
• Responsible for ensuring best practice on shopfloor as well as adherence to Company working procedures & policies.
• Conduct investigations in the event of non-adherence to Company policy which could result in harm to person, equipment or product.
• Be present during any following meeting with employee and HR.
• Lead and implement manufacturing processes and workflow layouts based on customer requirements.
• Work across all organization to optimize man, machine and material to meet KPI expectations.
• Lead production in support of logistics and production planning, production control, procurement and quality teams in KPI improvements.
