Background and Career progression of the role: MBA with similar exposure as HR Manager / HRBP in a leading MNC Consumer Goods / Automotive aftermarket / Paints & Chemicals Company. This position immediately will be required to look after e2e HR Function / Department.

Key Responsibilities Areas / Deliverables:
• Aligning HR with Business & Organization:

o To ensure alignment of HR Practices with Organization / Business Goals & Objectives.

o Drive and own the Performance Management System (PMS) including the salary increments / merit increase along with the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP). Provide expertise and inputs on business unit restructuring, workforce planning driving productivity along with succession planning.
