Requirements

Qualifications and Education
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of working experience in relevant field, with at least three years in managerial role in HSE.
• Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) preferred
• Certified Fire Safety Manager (FSM) with Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) preferred

Competencies
• Pro-active leadership with energy, enthusiasm and a passion for excellence.
• Effective communicator with the ability to interact at all levels to embrace changes and new ideas.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and local language.
• Good presentation skills and versatile in using multi-media.
• Computer literate and good working knowledge in Microsoft Office programs, PowerPoint, etc.
