Hi there!

We are a young married couple 90% of the way through renovating a 1960’s queenslander on the Maroochy river in the Sunshine Coast.

We are mainly looking for someone to look after our fur baby Louie, a 7yo staffy whilst we are away on our delayed honeymoon!

Our house has a newly renovated master suite with en-suite, overlooking the river.
There is a lovely open plan living/ kitchen/ dining area which is 90% complete currently - looking to have this finished mid March. There is also a second bedroom.

The original family bathroom is functional but not yet renovated.

We have off street parking for 1 car, and a large backyard, as well as ample under house storage for surf boards, fishing gear, kayaks etc.

There is a lovely coastal pathway directly across the road that runs along the riverside and is great for walking, running or cycling.

We are 5 mins from Maroochydore beach, and 10 from mooloolaba. Sunshine plaza is also 5 mins away.
