Description

Activities to be carried out on a daily basis:
• Facilitate the definition and monitoring of the value proposition and product strategy;
• Structure and adapt Design tools (empathy map, service blueprint, user journey, experience map and others);
• Facilitate collaborative ideation and alignment sessions with Elo internal areas and stakeholders;
• Contribute to the processes of research with customers and users, data analysis and success metrics, in order to monitor and guarantee results aligned with the company and product strategy;
• Analyze and synthesize research data to identify key customer needs, pain points and expectations to explore opportunities;
• Structure and present concepts, recommendations and results to stakeholders.

Requirements

– Higher education in design or related areas;

– In-depth knowledge and extensive experience in strategic or service design;
