We are seeking to appoint a WMS Implementation Technical Specialist. The candidate will report into the Applications Portfolio Manager.

Please note this is an office based role.

Job Purpose:

The WMS Implementation Technical Specialist is responsible for the successful implementation and configuration of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) across the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of WMS, supply chain processes, and the ability to translate business requirements into system functionality.

Key Performance Areas:

• Implementation and Configuration: Implement and configure WMS solutions based on business requirements. This includes system setup, testing, and go-live support.

• Technical Support: Provide technical support for WMS including troubleshooting and problem resolution.

• Training: Train end-users on the use of the WMS, ensuring they understand system functionality and capabilities.
