Job Description

Responsible for developing a profitable portfolio of risks by leading a team of Underwriters that work in collaboration with the Sales team to achieve the organization profitability and growth targets. Improve customer experience by prioritizing the team’s workload according to complexity of risk and recommending changes to existing processes.
• Lead a team of underwriters to develop a profitable portfolio of risks
• Manage the team’s delivery by allocating work according to complexity of the request and underwriter mandates.
• Oversee data entry and processes and ensure the team adequately manages their workloads by setting targets and adjusting priorities according to seasonal volume variations.
