Summary:

The Director of Operations assumes responsibility for the operational management of Akron Children’s Health Collaborative (ACHC) and provides recommended strategies to support and implement necessary change in order to meet value-based agreement requirements. Operational management includes those departments that provide data and analytics support, collaborating with the VP of Population Health on activities that support the internal ACH and external Provider outreach network and management efforts, collaboration with the Director of Managed Care on contracting services and collaboration with the ACH VP of finance on the financial processes that support the mission of ACHC.
