We're looking for our HQ a Bid manager/Sales support.

The person will be based in our showroom in Milano,

Responsibilities

The main goal will be to deliver to clients the best possible bid package on time. In order to achieve this targets the bid manager will have to coordinate the activity with all the involved colleagues (tech. dept. estimate dept. operation, administration, quality etc, and collect on time the requested material as: drawings, renders, pricing, bid presentation, technical and financial data and certificates.

The respect of some specific deadlines will be under his/her responsabilities: offer revisions/approvals, shop drawings approvals, samples approvals.

He/she will be the filter between sales and technical department in order to check if the project inquiry has all the necessary information to be processed, collect all the relevant project informatios as: project schedule, request for certification, request for mock up, request of drawings and renders.
