Assignment scope & ambition:

- This is a 6-month traineeship (not remunerated)

- Manage end-to-end a 2-day scientific event in Dermatology field, with ambition to:

- - Position AbbVie as key partner in Dermatology

- - Deliver a differentiating scientific program for dermatologists

- - Connect Health Care Professionals together

- - Federate team around a common project (cross-functional project)

Key elements of this assignment:

- End-to-end project management – Delivering a transversal & essential tactic for the Business Unit

- Develop entire communication plan & materials related to event

- Liaise with external agency – Set up location, hospitality, visibility, retro-planning

- Management of full project and associated budget

- Interactions with Health Care Professionals
