Exciting new post for Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to provide the overview of acute service at the Jersey General Hospital. Post holder will be responsible for Speech and Language Therapy provision across the medical and surgical wards and ICU. Working alongside the Lead adult Speech and Language Therapist for provision of videofluoroscopy and FEES clinics as required. Post holder will provide supervision of more junior staff and be responsible for wider service development across the wards. Working closely with the multidisciplinary teams ensuring best practice for patient's during their acute care. Providing highly specialist diagnostic advice and therapy for patients presenting at the hospital with complex communication and swallowing impairments
