Job Description

Main Objective

The senior project manager (SPJM) is a key interface between the automotive customer and the Bosch cross-functional team.

The SPJM is responsible to launch projects category B,C,D successfully containing Wiper Systems products.

What challenges will you have?
• Support of quotation calculations including scenarios and detailed plausibility checks (including product costs, logistics, sample, tooling, and application development costs).
• Perform kick-off meeting for the projects.
• Initiate product releases.
• Lead and support quality gates.
• Achieve project objective and targets (customer milestones, budget and profit, quality procurement) incl. escalation if project targets are jeopardized.
• Coordinate customer samples (technical version, ordering and tracking)
• Coordinate engineering changes with customer information (design changes, replacement and capacity tooling, cost reduction ideas).
