To manage and grow existing national account sales of mutton and lamb carcasses, boxed primal cuts, and offals through strategic account management, margin-focused sales, and product cross-selling. The National Account Manager is crucial for maintaining high customer satisfaction among UK channels including food service providers, HORECA clients, and wholesalers.

For the first six months the role is hybrid. A mix of working between sales and the shop floor to understand the business before you will transition into a full fledged Sales National Account Manager.
