Hybrid working with minimum of 2 days in the office in Alton, Hampshire. Induction period will be office based.

Salary Circa £90,000.

As this dynamic, privately owned, fast-paced, business enters a new phase of its growth, the group is looking for an experienced Finance Director to join the Senior Leadership Team. Disaster Care turnover is £25 million and continuing to grow.

The Role

You will be a driven and proactive individual with relevant post-qualification experience with the ability to inspire and motivate the finance teams. You will have a hands-on approach and will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills. Previous experience of leading finance transformation projects or automating finance processes is also required.
