Our client located on the West Island is currently searching for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team. In this role you will be responsible to respond to customer enquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Resolve issues, fulfill requests, and enter orders.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding service to our customers
Have a thorough understanding of customer service guidelines to recommend solutions for our customers
Processing orders and transactions in ERP
Provide delivery and order status to customers
Provide product recommendations, pricing and item availability information
Resolves problems by clarifying issues, researching alternative solutions and implementing them
Builds and maintains customer confidence
Follows up on customer requests
Experience Required:
Current experience in customer service, preferably 5+ years
