• recruit future employees for our departments by helping to design and implement effective recruitment strategies
• support our employer branding to increase the attractiveness of Julius Blum GmbH as an employer
• contribute creative ideas to HR projects in order to optimize our HR initiatives and ensure corporate success
• actively assist the departments in the search for new employees by advising them on the definition of job profiles and coordinating the selection process until hiring
